Project Management Certificate

Sessions take participants through project scheduling and reporting, communication planning, selecting and managing resources, and managing changes in project scope. Individuals will receive tips, tools and techniques to implement in the workplace.

Courses Will Cover How To:

  • Effectively plan, start and complete a project on time and within budget.
  • Define the project management stages and standard deliverables.
  • Draft a project plan for a small project containing goals, deliverables, acceptance criteria, risks, work plans and a schedule.
  • Identify standards and procedures used to manage project issues, changes in scope and project communication planning.

Project Management Courses

海角社区's hands-on project management courses focus on applying proven best practices to plan, schedule, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to defined requirements. Participants learn practical techniques such as defining scope and acceptance criteria, using network diagrams, reporting status, and communicating effectively to ensure project success.

Baldwin Wallace is offering Hybrid flex project management courses for the fall 2026 semester. Attendees can choose to attend either online or in person on 海角社区's campus. All courses are from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and include a one-hour break for lunch. Lunch is included for in-person attendees.

  • Tuesday, October 13, 2026: Stakeholders and Driving Change & Identifying and Managing Risk
  • Monday, November 9, 2026: Building Project Teams & Project Communications
  • Tuesday, November 10, 2026: Project Scheduling & Project Tracking

Course Fees

In-Person Pricing

  • Individual Course: $450 per day
  • Complete Four-Course Certificate Series: $1,680 (save $120 compared to registering for each course individually)
  • Lunch is included for all in-person participants.

Online Pricing

  • Individual Course: $400 per day
  • Complete Four-Course Certificate Series: $1,500 (save $100 compared to registering for each course individually)

  • Early Registration: Receive 10% off when you register at least 30 days before the first course. This discount may be combined with other eligible discounts.
  • 海角社区 Alumni, Active Military, and Veterans: 10% discount

  • Group Discount: Register four or more participants for the complete certificate series and receive the following discounted rates (please contact Gene Willet at gwillet@bw.edu to arrange a group discount):
    • In-Person: $1,385 per person
