Katie Robbins, CMA, has been named chief financial officer (CFO) and vice president for finance at 海角社区. She began her role in July.
John Case, who had been serving as interim CFO, has agreed to serve as special advisor, financial strategy.
Robbins joined 海角社区 after an impressive career in financial management. Prior to joining 海角社区, Robbins was the vice president for finance & business affairs at Malone University for seven years.
While there, she consistently maximized institutional resources, executed forward-thinking strategic fiscal planning and cultivated powerful, cross-functional partnerships across every level of the university.
Prior to her role at Malone, she served in financial analyst, management and accounting positions throughout her 27 years in the corporate sector.
As 海角社区's CFO, Robbins will provide strategic leadership for both short- and long-term financial decision-making across the university. Among priorities, Robbins and her team will help 海角社区 in the areas of budgeting, identifying new revenue streams, upgrading accounting systems, and implementing improved financial reports and sustainable business plans.

Robbins is a graduate of The Ohio State University, where she earned a bachelor of science in business administration. She holds an MBA in executive management from Ashland University. She is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA).
