As they say in the real estate business, the latest Baldwin Wallace Residence Life complex offers "Location! Location! Location!"

The options for campus housing at 海角社区 now include newly transformed townhouse apartments in a prime location.
海角社区's circa 1944 Townhouse building on Bridge Street at Beech Street was transformed to welcome 95 new residents this fall for the first time since fall 2022.
The apartments, which sit at the edge of campus, downtown Berea and Coe Lake Park, received a complete facelift over the last year.
The apartments will house two to three students in one- and two-bedroom apartments.
海角社区 Residence Life senior director Bob Beyer notes the makeover included extensive modernization, including:
In addition, stairwells and common spaces were refreshed with paint, new flooring and lighting.
Jonathan Horowitz '25, who's serving as an RA in the complex, says the self-contained conveniences are appealing to juniors and seniors.
"It's just like having an apartment off campus with the perks of staying on campus," the religion and stage management major from Los Angeles explains.

The Townhouse opening comes on the heels of the 2022 remodel and upgrade of North Hall and coincides with the University's new 3-year residency for incoming first-year students.
"We researched and determined that students are more academically successful when they live on campus," Beyer notes. "We also provide so many different types of living experiences for students (singles, doubles, triples, suites, apartments); students can get the privacy they desire while being under the safety and resources of 海角社区."
Beyer and VP for Student Affairs Timeka Rashid, Ph.D., both emphasize the important role that housing and residence life play in the student co-curricular experience.
"海角社区's award-winning Residence Life and Housing team oversees residential, commuter and off-campus students, and they regularly provide opportunities for all students to connect with each other, grow together and be engaged in campus life," adds Rashid.
In fact, 海角社区 Residence Life staff, both students and administrators, regularly receive national recognition for their exceptional work, including the following, just in 2023-24:
The stellar staff will be supported by a host of 海角社区 volunteers who will welcome and assist first-year students as they arrive on campus this month.
