Anna Lowrey Clark is an assistant professor of voice at 海角社区’s Conservatory of Performing Arts. She holds a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance from 海角社区 and a Master of Music in Voice Pedagogy with a concentration in contemporary and commercial music from Shenandoah University. Additionally, she is certified by the CCM Vocal Pedagogy Institute. Before starting at 海角社区, she was an interim professor of voice at Kent State University.

Lowrey Clark is an established private voice teacher who specializes in crossover training. She has previously taught voice studios with Piano Cleveland and Lotus Voice Studio. Some of her favorite performance credits include The Beggar Woman in Sweeney Todd (Hawaii Performing Arts Festival) and Jenny in The Three Penny Opera (Cleveland Opera Theater). She has also sung with numerous choirs throughout the Cleveland and Washington, D.C., areas.

Her undergraduate degree focused on classical training and performance. At Shenandoah, she focused on evidence-based pedagogy for contemporary voice and studied with Edrie Means Weekly, co-founder of the CCM Vocal Pedagogy Institute and renowned researcher on musical theatre voice styles.

As an interim professor at Kent State University, Lowrey Clark recently taught a studio and lectured on French diction and voice pedagogy. Today, she teaches privately at the Aurora School of Music (ASM). There, she performs with and leads an extensive rock program alongside her students and the faculty. She is a member of the National Association of Teachers of Singing (NATS).
